'Below Deck': Aesha calls Tom 'spoiled British brat' after he throws tantrum for serving 'below average' food

Chef Tom Checketts' patience is growing thin. In the previous week, we saw him lose his temper over provisions that didn't meet temperature requirements at delivery. In addition to this, he was upset about having to slice up cucumbers that disrupted his break time. He blamed Aesha Scott for it and even called her names for not showing compassion.
However, Captain Sandy Yawn schooled him during the tip meeting that even if he had to take a break the entire team should be aware of it. Tom was upset the whole time about being pulled up for something that seemed an okay thing to do during a group meeting.
This week, the blow-up gets intense and extensive. Tom's no-holds-barred anger could ruin the entire charter experience for the guests but he was more focussed on being frustrated with the kind of food he was serving. As we already know, he was strapped for time because the guests arrived early and therefore, had limited time to prepare the lunch. In the confessional, he pointed out that when had served chicken in one of his earlier charters, he was able to plate them tastefully and correctly, but this time he just didn't have the time.
Unable to bear the pressure, he stormed out of the galley with girlfriend Malia White in tow. He explained how the kind of food he is serving is not right. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed every bite of the chicken and couldn't stop praising Tom's skills as a chef. They even asked for lobster tails. Clearly, he was doing a good job but that was probably not enough for him and how he perceives his craft.
Aesha, who has not been a fan of Tom's temper tantrums, called Tom a "spoiled British brat" and added that it's hard to find that attractive. How will Sandy react to the meltdown? Her patience with Tom is running out and it won't be long before she takes a hard call on his temper tantrums.
