Behave Bras on 'Shark Tank': What is the cost, who is the founder, and how to buy wire-free bras
Women's clothing is an enigma -- most women will agree with this statement. Sizes often change across brands and seldom cater to women's bodies. The same goes for intimates and one thing is for sure, bustier women have it a lot harder. Bras are a vital part of women's wardrobes and when you have a heavier chest than the average woman, they can be a real nightmare. Thankfully, Behave Bras is out to fix that issue.
While Behave Bras is out there giving women the support that they need, will they find the same support from Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran, Kevin O'Leary, Lori Greiner, and Daymond John? Let's find out!

What is Behave Bras?
Finding the right bra can be a tiresome journey, especially if your chest is on the bigger side. Unfortunately, wire-free bra options that come with the same support are almost nowhere to be found. Until now, that is. Enter Behave, a brand that caters to women with larger busts in the hope of helping them find the right kind of support when it comes to lingerie. As per Behave's website, Athena Kasvikis "founded Behave because she got sick and tired of not being comfortable in her own skin. She wanted something wire-free and supportive. Something to prevent chest wrinkles from forming while she slept. Something pretty enough to feel proud of. Who better to create something innovative than a consumer intimately familiar with the awful choices in the intimates space?"
Who is the founder?
Athena Kasvikis is the founder of Behave. As per her LinkedIn profile, she was the VP of Marketing at Kill Cliff Inc and the VP of Marketing at Ciao Bella Gelato. She was also the brand director for UnReal Brands and has worked at Procter and Gamble as well.
With regard to her education, she attended the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). For Kasvikis, Behave was born out of need when she noticed that the lingerie market did not cater to women like her. "I grew up in a big Greek/Italian family and always felt supported. But I developed a problem. Well, two big problems to be precise. I developed large breasts at a young age and they wrecked my back, neck, and shoulders. I used to have to wear not 1, but 2-3 sports bras just to exercise without major pain!" she explained on Behave's website.
"It wasn't clear at the time why I couldn't go into a store and find a size that fit or felt comfortable, so I just assumed it was my body that was weird. I've since grown more comfortably into my G cups and learned, it was never me that was the problem - it was the bras. There are +50M women in the US today above a DD cup and being ignored by major brands." she added. This realization led her to launch Behave and create a product for women like her.
What is the cost and where to buy?
Behave's Bras retail from $75 onwards and can be purchased on the brand's website. They also have a line of underwears as well. The bras have certainly been a blessing, seeing that they have mostly positive reviews.
One customer wrotem "Absolutely love my new bras. Got one in the Big Cat and then wore it a few days and ordered another in the Nudist color. Where has this company been hiding these bras?!? They provide just enough lift to keep my girls up in place without being a pushup. And the fabric separators are very cool - they keep my boobs apart and I've noticed that I forget I'm wearing them a few minutes after putting the bra on. Love this bra. Come out with new colors please so I can buy a few more. Red perhaps?"
Another happy customer wrote, "I've finally found a bra that makes me comfortable and keeps me secure. I saw this product on social media and was skeptical at first since most bras aren't meant for bigger chests but this one seems like it was sent from heaven. I think it says a lot if a bra makes you re think a breast reduction. 10/10 recommend."
Where is Behave Bras now?
With a growing social media base, it looks like Behave Bras is working with influencers across platforms to get the word out about their products.
Who will steal the deal?
Seeing that most sharks take a step back when it comes to retail as it is Daymond John's domain, all eyes are certainly on him to take the bait. However, there is a good chance Lori Greiner might take the lead on this one, seeing that she can help the brand grow further with her marketing expertise.
