'Batwoman' Episode 11 is set on Kate (Ruby Rose) and Alice's (Rachel Skarsten) birthday and the two find out what happens when their wishes come true.

When Earth-Prime was created, Kate had wished for Beth to be alive and well. So now that Beth has arrived on Earth-Prime, Kate has to resolve her conflicted feelings about Alice before she could have a relationship with Beth. Alice, on the other hand, wished to be a child again and that she can meet her father and sister. But when that wish did not come true, she forced herself to bury Beth within her and transformed into Alice to survive her life in the basement which induced the trauma. From then till now, she has planned revenge, and with Catherine Hamilton-Kane dead, a part of her wish has really come true.

Kate and Alice must understand that everything has a consequence. That is why we now have Kate surely convinced that there is no good left in Alice.

Initially, Kate had hoped that she would somehow bring Beth back and find a way to redeem Alice's actions. But, after Catherine got murdered by Alice, Kate gave up any hope that she had left. Instead, she promised to put Alice behind bars and even managed to do it for a short while. So the consequence of a part of Alice's wishes coming true ended up making the other part of it impossible.

You see, she had wanted Kate to join her little tea party with Mouse and had even hoped for the three of them to live as a happy family.

Further adding hindrance to this wish of Alice is a version of Beth that has arrived on Kate's Earth. This Beth survived the crash because the 13-year-old Kate had managed to save her and on her Earth, she had a great relationship with her sister. While Kate had initially thought that Beth was just Alice, she finds out later that creating Earth-Prime has resulted in Beth being slingshot to this Earth. Now that she has her twin sister — the non-evil version — Kate might just go full throttle when it comes to capturing Alice and her close ally Mouse.

In the meanwhile, now that Kate's wish has come true; there is no certainty of how long it will last.

In the beginning, it seemed like Alice and Beth could stay together on the same Earth. At the end of the episode, however, both Alice and Beth end up having a headache at the same time. We are reading this as the consequence of bringing two versions of the same person together on one Earth. This has to have a cosmic effect with both of them making opposing choices, but is that all? Will Beth meet an unfortunate end on this Earth again and cause great damage to Kate who is already going through a lot, emotionally speaking?

That is something that we would have to watch out for in the next episode.

'Batwoman' episodes air on Sundays at 8 pm ET on The CW.
