New York City is crammed and only those with a million dollars to spare can afford a pretty garden for themselves. But three people are changing that notion, one backyard at a time.

The Manscapers, a landscaping company run by Melissa Brasier, Garrett Magee and James DeSantis, is on a mission to give the residents of Big Apple a respite from all the concrete, help them soak up the goodness of nature just outside their door. 'Backyard Envy' Season 2 will follow the lives of these three professionals as they go about creating magic across NYC.

Over the years, they have created a niche for themselves, because of which their business has grown substantially. They have more clients and naturally, more work to do. With just three of them handling everything from construction to aesthetics to sales, it's a lot to take up. In the trailer, we get a glimpse of how being overworked will slowly and surely start to get to them, resulting in fractured team dynamics. "If we continue to be three best friends in a backyard, we are not going to grow," James says, implying that maybe they need to be more focussed and concentrate on the job they have at hand.

In another discussion, Garrett asks if James is interested in being a part of The Manscapers any longer? "I have thought about not," James says. As the trailer continues to document the differences that have started to push them apart, Melissa says: "If you don't want to be here, I think you should just call it a day then."

Will James' exit impact the company and the working relationship they have shared in the last few years? Yes. Another important question here is: if he resigns, will they be able to hire someone new and establish the same connection with him/ her? Time will tell. For the moment, we can focus on how The Manscapers seem like a well-oiled machine and have what it takes to pull through never-seen-before design gigs.
