Finding love can be quite a journey and in the case of Hallmark's latest romance, 'As Luck Would Have It', it's a journey that takes Lindsey (JoAnna Garcia Swisher) all the way to Ireland. While Lindsey travels to Ireland with a different goal, looking for land for a resort, she also lands the man of her dreams Brennan (Allen Leech) via the town's matchmaking festival.

JoAnna Garcia Swisher
JoAnna Garcia Swisher began acting at the age of 10 and is known for several roles in the late 90s and early 2000's such roles as Sam in 'Are You Afraid of the Dark?', Vicki Appleby in 'Freaks and Geeks' and Cheyenne Hart-Montgomery on 'Reba'. Swisher has also starred in the ABC sitcom 'Better With You' and has guest-starred on 'How I Met Your Mother' as Ted's college buddy.
More recently Swisher has gained attention with her role in Netflix's 'Sweet Magnolias'.
Allen Leech
Allen Leech literally seems to be right at home with his role in 'As Luck Would Have It'. The Irish actor goes back to his roots with this film. Leech is of course best known for his role as Tom Branson on 'Downton Abbey'. While Tom went onto make a global name for himself with his roles in 'Downton Abbey', 'The Imitation Game' and 'Bohemian Rhapsody' he began small, making his debut with a small part in a 1998 production of 'A Streetcar Named Desire'. Leech's first major film appearance was in 'Cowboys & Angels'.

'As Luck Would Have It' is part of Hallmark's Spring Fling programming. This is the very first Hallmark movie for both Swisher and Leech and is being touted as quite the casting coup for Hallmark who normally cast Hallmark regulars in their Spring Fling Programming. Hallmark’s Executive Vice President, Programing, Michelle Vicary says, "JoAnna Garcia Swisher and Allen Leech are both immensely talented actors and we are delighted to welcome them to the Hallmark Channel family.” She continued, “Between its charming leads and lushly-authentic Irish setting, viewers are sure to be captivated by this sweet, lighthearted romance."
