In the upcoming episode, James is trying really hard to get Ally invited to Scheana Shay's wedding and add to that Lala Kent's words to Ally, we can't help but have some questions.

Is Ally Lewber having second thoughts about her relationship with James Kennedy?
Viewers have been watching Ally and James' relationship unfold and they are hooked. As James and Ally's bond grows stronger, they look for a way to take their love to new heights — at least according to Lala Kent, as she claims they are engaged! But it seems the last time we saw James and Ally, James had to leave the boy's night because Ally doesn't trust him around Raquel yet, but it's kind of impossible for him to avoid her as Raquel pointed out later.
Moreover in the March 28 episode, James is trying really hard to get Ally an invite to Scheanans weeding and this may help with Ally's doubts. Given James' history of being a mean drunk and Ally's confession of preferring him sober, the couple might be facing some issues. Well, we will have to wait and see what happens next.

Given Lala's claim of the couple being engaged, and there being no signs of a breakup, it would seem so. And it is not as if Lala hasn't tried to sway Ally. In the preview of the upcoming episode, Lala was the person who planted doubt in Ally's mind saying, "I just want you to know what you are getting into with him." And when James asked Lala, if he should propose to Ally, she gets really pissed. Lala just storms off claiming "she's done."
While James and Ally have been a bit quite on social media on their relationship front, they haven't officially announced they are separated and there are no signs of someone else in their lives. We will just have to wait and see what happens next!
