"I do have a strong connection with Nathan, but at the same time, I definitely have a lot of guilt. I don't want to do this to my boyfriend, and I know that sounds really horrible, but I'm a people pleaser," she explained.
The Bravo star went on to say, "I'll let myself down but I really hate disappointing others. The last thing I want to do is hurt him more."
