The friendship of DJ Snake and Lisa may finally result in collaboration as DJ Snake recently hinted on Twitter, fueling fan theories. When asked Blackpink singer Lisa and DJ Snake are working on a project, the 34-year-old DJ said, "We have something", followed by the ‘shush’ emoji.

DJ Snake aka William Sami Étienne Grigahcine has been in touch with YG Entertainment’s global popular K-pop group Blackpink for a while. Earlier in 2019, DJ Snake made fans go bonkers when he posted a picture with the K-pop superstars captioning ‘DJ Snake and Black Pink (sic) in your area.” Since then, their friendship popped up in social media from time to time with the French DJ leaving comments under Lisa’s post and more.

Are DJ Snake and Lisa collaborating?

After Rose's grand solo debut, Blinks are preparing for Lisa's solo venture as the singer has also been in talks to drop her work this year. With the mysteries regarding the solo project still shrouded, Blinks are taking the hint of DJ Snake and Lisa as a big breakthrough. A fan asked the 'Bird Machine' maker, "I'm here to as you if you will have a collaboration with Lisa, could you please answer!" to which the Grammy-nominated record producer replied, "We have something."

DJ Snake x Lisa: 'A summer bop'

The news of Lisa and DJ Snake collab had Blinks going into a frenzy as they are taking it as a sign of moving closer to Lisa's solo debut. A fan said, "if dj snake produced lisa’s solo it’s gonna be so fire!! a summer bop omg!" Another fan theorized,"LISA X DJ SNAKE A COLLABORATION THAT WE DIDN'T EXPECT. A DANCE MUSIC MAYBE FOR HER SOLO DEBUT?!?!" Another similar tweet read, "If Dj Snake will be the one who produce Lisa solo, it would totally lit af!" Another fan pointed out, "i still can’t believe that blackpink got david guetta to produce one of their songs, and now there’s a possibility for lisa to also collab with dj snake OHMYGOD!"

Lisa recently talked about their first virtual concert experience along with what she is looking forward to this year in an Elle interview. The 'Lovesick Girls' crooner said, “There’s excitement we feel from meeting fans holding light sticks in person, but we weren’t able to do that this time. However, since the physical limitations were small compared to going on tours abroad, we were able to showcase high quality stage equipment and angles.”

“Feeling happiness for oneself is important. That’s the reason why I try not to hide myself and showcase myself without lies.” She elaborated, “According to my family and longtime friends, I was bright and mischievous since a young age,” the K-pop star added.

DJ Snake released his sophomore album, 'Carte Blanche', in 2019 that included an array of pop stars including Selena Gomez, Ozuna and Cardi B, Tyga, and more. With a new possible project with K-pop stars, DJ Snake is only ensuring his global popularity to reach new heights.
