'America's Got Talent' quarter-finals: Emanne Beasha, Eric Chien and Benicio Bryant stun judges this week with their performances

Though all the 12 contestants who performed were unique in their own way, here's who we think have a high chance of moving straight to the semi-finals

Tuesday night's episode of 'America's Got Talent' marked the last round of the quarter-finals and it was nothing but magical.  Over the last two weeks, 14 contestants have made it past the quarter-finals and saved themselves a spot in the semi-finals. And airing live on Tuesday night, we witnessed the final 12 contestants perform once more for America's vote. Out of the 12 that performed, only seven will make it through to the semi-finals and get one step closer to winning the $1 million and a grand opportunity to headline at a Las Vegas casino showroom. Among the 12 that performed, two contestants received the Golden Buzzer and advanced directly to the live shows. They were none other than the Detroit Youth Choir who won the Golden Buzzer from Terry Crews and Emanne Beasha for who Jay Leno slammed his Golden Buzzer.

The wildcard contestant in Tuesday's episode was aerialist Matthew Richardson. After being sent out during the Judge Cuts, the series received a massive backlash from fans, and now he was brought back as the final wildcard contestant this season. Though all the 12 contestants who performed were unique in their own way, here's who we think have a high chance of moving straight to the semi-finals :

Eric Chien

Back again for the quarter-finals, Eric Chien ditched his usual card magic and brought in a sweet surprise for all of us. His trick consisted of nothing but M&M's and Rubik's Cubes. Though it was simpler compared to what Dom Chambers did with technology and comedy, it did have an equal effect on the judges and audience. He performed close up magic this week and used judge Julianne Hough as his onstage assistant. He turned the chocolate candy into Rubik's Cube and after Hough scrambled them up, he just solved them by giving them a brief shake in the jar. He then even changed them back to chocolates and managed to pull off a pretty good magic trick.

Emanne Beasha

Emanne Beasha blew the roof off with her opera performance. The young singer who has the voice of someone twice her age was the closing performance of the night. She looked calmed and composed, with no fear of performing live and in front of an audience that big as that in the Dolby Theatre. The highlight of her performance was the final note she hit. It was well beyond her young age and even Simon Cowell couldn't help but say that she is on a different league compared to the rest. He also added that this was one of the auditions he would never forget.

Benicio Bryant

Benicio Bryant took the stage once again and this time, he performed an original song - 'Who I am', it was a mix of both pop and R&B.  Though he had a shaky start, he took off from there and aced his performance with a high note that brought out the best his voice has to offer. Though he did take a risk of performing an original song that the audience isn't used to, he did manage to do a good job and pulled off an equally great performance like his previous ones. Simon Cowell shared that though he thinks he should have stripped it down a bit, he has a bright future ahead of him.

Apart from the three contestants mentioned here, there were other contestants who performed exceptionally, like Marcin Patrzalek, Dom Chambers, Jackie Fabulous and Berrywam. To see who moves forward, we will have to tune in to AGT on NBC when it returns again on Wednesday. Check your local listings for more information.
