DISNEY AULANI RESORT, HAWAII: 'American Idol' Season 21 wrapped up the 'America's Vote' round at Disney's Aulani Resort in Hawaii with some electrifying and soulful performances of the Top 26 contestants. While viewers still have time to vote for their favorite contestants, fans already teased who isn't their favorite.
'American Idol' judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie were highly impressed with Platinum ticket winner Elijah McCormick's performance. But it seems like the aspiring singer failed to serenade the viewers. However, it will only be revealed in the upcoming episode whether Elijah advanced to 'Top 20'.

Elijah performed 'Good Vibes' by Chris Janson. Noah Cyrus mentored the aspiring singer. Elijah previously confessed that he can't move as much after his horrific car accident a few years ago. However, Elijah's performance gets shout-outs from the audience. The aspiring singer also gestured to the audience to wave their hands. Throughout his performance, the platinum ticket winner delivered impressive high notes. Elijah's performance received applause from the mentor Noah and the judges. However, Lionel wanted Elijah to attack even more. Meanwhile, Katy thinks he delivered a good time. Luke said, "You nailed it. It was a great performance."

While 'American idol' judges were highly impressed with Elijah's performance, the social media users were left disappointed. The viewers took to the Elijah's performance video and commented, "Bye Elijah #AmericanIdol That was not good at all." Another fan noted, "Elijah audition was so good. What happened?"
