Former child star Bynes, who celebrated her 37th birthday on Monday, April 3, is hoping she will be well enough to be released next week, reports TMZ. According to sources close to the actress, Amanda and the medical staff have divided her stay into weeks. She is not obligated to stay at the facility, but she does not feel prepared enough to leave yet. But when the time comes, she will enroll in an outpatient mental health program.
