'All I can say is wow!' Chris Pratt hails James Gunn as he finally watches ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Without a doubt, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ is one of the most anticipated movies of 2023, for more than a couple of reasons. This upcoming movie will bid goodbye to James Gunn and his career with MCU as he shifts his focus to DC. After a disappointing opening of MCU’s Phase 5, fans are latching on to ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ to turn things for the better. And of course, everyone is excited to see their favorite star-studded cast return! Seems like after a long wait, Chris Pratt has finally watched the much-awaited movie.
Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillian, and others have all been an incredible part of the Guardians storyline, but Pratt definitely stands out amongst everyone, which also means that fans care a whole lot about his opinion. If Pratt loves ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ hopefully so will everyone else, because Marvel could use a win right about now.

'All I can say is WOW!'
It is heartwarming to see Pratt talk so passionately about ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ and Gunn ahead of the big release. Most actors tend to watch their movies right after they are edited and are ready to be viewed by the cast and crew, but Pratt took a different approach for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ and he definitely doesn’t regret it. While Pratt talks about the movie, he pays heavy attention to James Gunn, his talent, and also calls him, “Hollywood’s brightest filmmaker.”
Pratt said, "I intentionally waited to watch the completed film until I was at the premiere surrounded by friends, family and fans. All I can say is WOW! I’m so blown away by what James has done. The movie is powerful, moving, hilarious, at times gut-wrenching - and an extraordinary testament to the creative vision and odd imagination of Hollywood’s brightest filmmaker. It’s not lost on me how fortunate we all are to be part of such a beloved story. Thank you! Your support over these ten years has allowed us to live our dreams. Pratt’s future in the MCU is currently a question mark because frankly, we aren’t even entirely sure if he will make it out alive when it comes to ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ but we are keeping our fingers crossed for Star-Lord! Albeit, if Pratt’s character is killed off, maybe Gunn will offer him a role in DC…wouldn’t that be something!
Does Pratt tease a potential death in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’?
Pratt did say that ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ is at times, “gut-wrenching” and unless he is talking about his romantic woes with Zoe Saldana’s Gamora, one can only assume that he is talking about a major character’s death. The discourse over which character will die in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ has been one of the most discussed topics in recent times, and can you imagine, after all that teasing, no one dies? And the most “gut-wrenching” thing about the movie is Gamora and Star-Lord’s breakup or something.
Chris Pratt calls post-credit scenes ‘fun’
Not too long ago, Gunn had revealed that ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ would have two post-credit scenes, and now, Pratt has called it ‘fun’ which is going to give birth to several fan theories. Could these post-credit scenes hint at new characters in the MCU? Or even better, confirm the return of at least some of the Guardians in Phases 5 and 6 of the MCU! Well, we won’t know until the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3’ releases, but thank you Pratt for getting fans excited for this journey!
