'AGT' Season 18 fans slam Mandy Muden's magical act over 'forced predictions', say they've 'seen similar acts

PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: Mandy Muden, commonly known as Magic Mandy, is a renowned magician and performer who just performed on 'America's Got Talent' this season. Mandy sought to create a lasting impression on the judges and spectators of 'AGT' Season 18 with her unique combination of deception, charisma, and showmanship.

Mandy told Terry Crews before her audition that being a female magician is difficult but she has built her business over the period of 25–30 years. She told Sofia Vergara on stage that if she won the cash award, she'd "probably spend it on men." The comic flavor persisted throughout her routine, which contributed significantly to the judges' admiration for her.

Sofia described the act as "quite a surprise" and stated that she did not anticipate having so much joy. Howie Mandel described her as a "very good magician" who "deserves to have their own show." Heidi Klum and Simon both voted "yes" to send her through to the next round, adding to Sofia and Howie's affection.

On social media, fans shared their view on the act, as they wrote, "this is getting all sorts of loony……" Another person chimed in, "The only problem with story magicians like this is that sometimes it takes a bit too long to get to the point." One user tweeted, "This whole show is terrible . I am switching the channel. Seems to be a sympathy competition." Seeing the ex 'BGT' contestant, one person noted, "Now that was a great, fun performance. But once again, not American."

Seeing the judges react, one person wrote, "I think i can sit on the toilet and Howie Mandel would give me a standing ovation !!! What is wrong with this guy ?!?!?!? He’s a horrible judge, get him off the show !!!" One user further commented, "Mandy had me smiling bcuz I love the British accent… The act, I’m afraid I’ve seen a few similar acts."
