'AGT' Season 17: Fans praise Svitlana Rohozhyna, say she made her father and Ukraine proud
If you've been a long-time fan of 'America's Got Talent' then you know that the show goes beyond reality TV, it's a place where people's dreams come true. While introducing herself to the judges, Svitlana Rohozhyna explained that she is an aerial gymnast from Ukraine. Although she currently resides in and has been performing in Las Vegas, she was only recently able to bring her sister and her mother over to the USA. While her mother and sister come along with her for the audition and supported her from the wings, Rohozhyna got teary-eyed as she mentioned that her father was still in Ukraine and was currently fighting on the frontlines. For her, this performance was dedicated to him.
With acts like Duo Forza and Duo Rings having impressed the judges, the pressure was certainly building up for Rohozhyna. However, her pure determination and strength combined with her skill and grace proved to be her driving force.

Rohozhyna's performance had all of the judges praising her pure strength, while they expressed their support for Ukraine as well. Her impressive act earned her the three yeses she need and fans also noted that what she did was nothing short of phenomenal. "Svitlana definitely did her father proud and #Ukraine proud. Right after her performance, Rohozhyna went backstage called her father to tell him the good news.
