ACM Awards 2024 Full Winners List: Chris Stapleton, Megan Moroney and Nate Smith take home top honors

FRISCO, TEXAS: The ACM Awards, famously known as the Academy of Country Music Awards, made a grand comeback to the glitzy red carpet on May 16, 2024, with the legendary Reba McEntire taking the reins as host.

The event which took place at the Ford Center in Frisco, Texas, marked a milestone in McEntire's career, as she became the first person to host the awards show a remarkable 17 times, solidifying her status as a beloved icon in the country music industry.

Since she first started co-hosting in 1986, up until her most recent emcee role in 2019, the 69-year-old country music legend has become inseparable from the ACM Awards. Inherited from Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks, who co-hosted the previous year, McEntire has infused the star-studded event with her unique charm and charisma.

The 59th Academy of Country Music Awards was a significant event that brought together a diverse group of top country music artists to celebrate their talents. Luke Combs, Megan Maroney, and Morgan Wallen were among the standout musicians of the night, with Combs leading the pack with an impressive eight nominations, while Maroney and Wallen each received six nods.

The star-studded ceremony showcased incredible performances from a variety of talented country singers, including Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, Lainey Wilson, Post Malone, Noah Kahan, Kelsea Ballerini, Avril Lavigne, Nate Smith, power couple Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, and many others.
