‘For Life’ Episode 10: ‘Character and Fitness’ explores Aaron’s journey through nine years of incarceration

It also would make for an interesting watch to see how Aaron’s relationship with Cassius Dawkins (50 Cent) is going to unfold in the upcoming episodes

Until now, ABC’s legal drama series ‘For Life’ has shown us the struggles of the wrongfully incarnated Aaron Wallace (Nicholas Pinnock), who for years has been fighting to overturn his conviction and helping fellow inmates who are suffering in a similar manner under the system.

The upcoming episode ‘Character and Fitness’ however gives us an insight into Aaron’s time in prison and what his journey has been like since his conviction. The official synopsis for Episode 10 of ‘For Life’ reads, “Flashing back to the previous nine years of his incarceration, Aaron’s journey from terrified novice prisoner to attorney and social crusader unfolds.”

Meanwhile, the trailer also shows Senator Henry (Timothy Busfield) telling Aaron that he has officially “passed it.” Does that mean the latter got another chance at the re-trial and emerged successful in fighting his own case? The episode gives a better background, as there’s always been a lot of uncertainty surrounding his case, except for Glen Maskins’s (Brosi McGiver)  persistent efforts in taking him down.

It would make for an interesting watch to see how Aaron’s relationship with Cassius Dawkins (50 Cent) is going to unfold in the upcoming episodes, as the newly transferred prison inmates’ illicit ideas have slowly started creeping into the inner workings of the prison.

The parallel plotline comprising the rivalry between Dawkins and Wild Billy is yet another interesting aspect we could expect to witness in the forthcoming episodes, as the two powerful inmates have started brawling over establishing dominance in the drug flow activities.

It also remains to see how Aaron’s ultimate victory if he happens to win against the District Attorney officials is going to impact prison warden Safiya Masry’s (Indira Varma) relationship with Anya Harrison (Mary Stuart Masterson).

Meanwhile, fans have thanked the creators of ‘For Life’ for offering them a show which most articulately represents the struggle of people who are wrongfully convicted and sheds light on issues pertaining withing the legal system.

“Yes Love - For life!! Amazing show! Also amazing it’s based on real life ! I enjoy those type of shows too. Shows that yes it’s sad some of the ppl today are incarcerated and innocent and should be free! Excited for next episode. God bless them all. God bless you & ur family as well,” wrote one fan.

‘For Life’ airs on Tuesdays on ABC.
