LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA: Court documents revealed shocking information about Aaron Carter as the investigation into his cause and manner of death continues. In a newly emerged report, Wells Fargo Bank has filed a creditor's claim against  Carter's estate over the credit card debt he owed before his death. Wells Fargo claimed that Carter failed to pay $2,887.51 on his credit card, according to court records acquired by RadarOnline.com. The new legal battle came just days after a biohazard cleanup business filed a lawsuit against Carter's fiance Melanie Martin and his estate.

The court records obtained by Blaze indicated that a "mechanic's lien" has been put on the Lancaster home that Carter and Martin shared. "Labor, services, equipment, and/or materials onto the premises, and upon every estate or interest in such buildings and improvements,' according to Sterile Pros, LLC. The business claims that it spent $33,598.70 on biohazard cleanup for three bedrooms, the master bathroom, and a closet. Despite Martin's inclusion in the contract, Aaron C Carter is named as the property's owner, as per RadarOnline. Numerous reports indicated that Carter's liabilities totaled $2 million after his passing.

The mechanic's lien must be paid off first if the estate intends to sell the house. The late singer had been vocal about his financial struggle. The "I'm All About You" singer spoke with financial counselor Victor Antonio in 2016 for Spike TV's reality series 'Life Or Debt'. At that point, an emotional Carter explained that he was in a bad situation. "When I turned 18, I got hit with all those taxes. I filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy last year; now I'm already over $100,000 in debt," he said, according to People. "It's been really difficult for me. I want to have a life set up. I want to have a house. I can't tell you how badly I want to have a home," he said.

Before disclosing his difficulties, it was made known to the general public that he owed more than $1 million in taxes. He suffered emotionally and mentally while dealing with those financial problems. Carter, who began his career as a child star, was on the verge of filing for bankruptcy due to his debts.

The pop artist, 34, was discovered dead in his Lancaster, California, home on November 5, 2022. He was cremated on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, less than a week after that. Despite having undergone an autopsy, his cause of death has not yet been determined.
