'A Million Little Things' Season 2 Episode 9: Eddie and Katherine seek legal help for Charlie's custody

We could say we told you so, but that'll only spoil it.
Makers of the once fan-favorite drama 'A Million Little Things' are gearing up for a custody battle and we must say we are genuinely looking forward to it.
Eddie and Delilah's agreement of keeping the truth about Charlie's parentage a secret has gone downhill. Backed by Katherine, Eddie now wishes to come out with the truth for he wants to be there in Charlie's life as a father and not a family friend. At the same time, it is wrong to keep Leo away from his sister too.
In a clip for the upcoming episode 'Time Stands Still', Eddie and Katherine are seen chatting with a lawyer about Charlie's custody.
In a way, this could easily lead to a redemptive arc for Delilah. The character has spent most part of season 2 at the receiving end of the fans' criticism mostly due to her self-victimizing tendency. If Delilah is to choose to do the right thing, which is sharing Charlie's custody with Eddie, perhaps she will gain the fans' trust again. But could this be wishful thinking?
At the same time, the fact that Jon is PJ's father is now pretty much out in the open with the main participants in this mess finally in the know. In the previous episode, both Delilah and PJ find out that Jon is his real father. And this will only further complicate things for the Dixon family.
Delilah is shown talking to the Dixon kids Sophie and Danny in the promo. "There's something we need to talk about as a family," she is seen telling Sophie. It remains to be seen which secret she is revealing at this point, but either way, it isn't going to bode well.
'A Million Little Things' airs on Thursdays at 9|8c on ABC.
