Spoilers for 'A Million Little Things' Season 2 Episode 19 ''Til Death Do Us Part'

Gary Mendez (James Roday) recently met Darcy (Floriana Lima) and fell head over heels for her. Smitten with her, he asks her about and they immediately click. At the same time, Maggie Bloom (Allison Miller) is beginning to realize her life without Gary. She accepted the offer to go to England and now hopes that Gary comes with her, just like he had once said he would.

But by the time she tells Gary about her feelings in the Season 2 finale ''Til Death Do Us Part', he tells her it is too late. Having finally met Darcy, Gary is moving on from Maggie. And with that, Maggie leaves for England.

Maggie and Gary's romance was a whirlpool that left fans frustrated throughout the season. With an end like that, fans are glad Gary decided to stay in Boston with Darcy.

"I prefer Gary with her [Darcy] than Maggie!!!!! Go to London Maggie!" said a fan. "As a GarCy [Gary + Darcy] fan, they did absolutely the right thing. As much as I dislike Maggie/Gary, I think it’s pretty obvious the writers will make them get back together. But for now, Gary has tons of new interesting storylines that I look forward to," concurred another.

Even those who shipped Maggie and Gary together seem to think that his decision was right. "Well, I have been team Gary & Maggie and wish it could work out, but I just heard everything Gary said and he was spot on. That just felt very real."

Maggie and Gary's relationship started becoming bitter through the course of Season 2. Even though Season 1 had them coming together, Season 2 tore them apart and how. "It's odd, because in Season 1, I loved Maggie more than Gary and was actually rooting for her to NOT be with him, just because he was being pushy with her over treatment and I knew that she would give into him and be all thankful...and I thought she deserved better than to have a stranger tell her how she should live, or not live, her life. Now, they've completely reversed them and now I'm rooting for Gary to not be with Maggie."

As Maggie leaves for England, some fans are wondering if the writers are going to write her character off. "Just hoping Maggie is not being written of the series..." With no Season 3 confirmation yet, we have to wait for a while to know if Maggie is to stay in the show or not.
