'A Million Little Things' Episode 14: Theo cannot trust his father after Eddie's affair with Delilah

We now know that Theo has trouble dealing with situations that are out of his control and that he has been having a difficult time coming to terms with all the changes around him

This story contains major spoilers for Season 2 Episode 14 of 'A Million Little Things' titled 'The Sleepover' 

Sooner or later, Eddie Saville's (David Giuntoli) treachery was going to catch up with him and affect his relationship with his son Theo Saville (Tristan Byon). 

We all knew how Delilah Dixon's (Stephanie Szostak) kids reacted to the news that she cheated on her husband with his best friend. Sophie Dixon (Lizzie Greene) spent several rebellious months in and out of the Dixon house. Danny Dixon (Chance Hurstfield), on the other hand, was a lot more understanding than Sophie, but still took his time to come around. 

In the latest episode, we find out how Eddie's relationship with Delilah affected Theo. When his father welcomes the up and coming singer Dakota (Anna Akana) for a practice session home, everything seems normal at first - the party jokes around for a while with even Katherine Kim (Grace Park) joining in. But soon enough, it falls through. 

During practice, Theo notices the rapport Eddie and Dakota share with each other and becomes insecure. He becomes extremely abrupt and talks to Dakota in a very impolite manner. When Eddie confronts him, telling him that his rude behavior is not going to be tolerated, Theo talks to him in a very stern manner asking him if he is going to have a baby with Dakota too. 

We now know that Theo has trouble dealing with situations that are out of his control and that he has been having a difficult time coming to terms with all the changes around him. It prompted the Savilles to help him get therapy to better understand his emotions. With his parents almost getting divorced, Theo had spent a hellish year. That, combined with the fact that Charlie is really his sister, did not do well with Theo. 

He kept his emotions bottled up for the longest time and has only allowed himself to convey his thoughts. By the end of the episode, he agrees to give Eddie another chance, but will that be the end of it?
