Even though Colt apologized for being a bad boyfriend, he was not sorry for how things ended with Jess. During the tell-all, he confessed his love for Vanessa Guerra and admitted he had cheated on Jess with her after coming back from Brazil. While the episode ended with Jess making it clear she did not want anything to do with Colt, she also broke the shocking news of her marriage.

1. Jess met Brian through Larissa
Jess and Larissa Lima, Colt's ex-wife, became close after they broke up. After seeing how Jess' relationship with Colt ended badly, she thought it was time for her to get back in the dating game. During this time, Larissa's friend, Carmen Nys, set her up with Brian. Larissa had known Brian as she had made an appearance in his music video.
2. Brian is a singer
Brian has produced and starred in the music videos that he shares on social media platforms. In one of the videos, Larissa and her boyfriend, Eric Nicholas, also starred. He mostly writes pop music and has been working on his music for a long time.
3. Jess started dating Brian five months after her split from Colt
Colt and Jess's relationship ended on bad terms, but that did not stop her from looking for love again. Five months after separating from Colt, Jess decided to enter the dating game again. Things became easier when she was connected to Brian through a friend. The two started talking and within a matter of a few months, Brian was sure he did not want to lose Jess.
4. They rushed into marriage because Jess's visa expired
Brian revealed that he and Jess had been planning to get married but didn't think it would be too soon. After the two started dating, her visa was set to expire and Jess suggested they would do a long-distance relationship. However, Brian did not want to lose her. Rather than doing a long-distance relationship, he decided to pop the big question and she said yes.
