Michael Ilesanmi and Angela Deem appeared in the tell-all Part 3 to spill the beans on their future plans. During the show, Angela admitted she was looking forward to Michael coming to the US and starting a new life together. However, she had another plan up her sleeves. The reality star revealed she will be undergoing a weight loss surgery that will push her to shed nearly "hundred and something" pounds in a couple of months.

The topic arose when host Shane Robinson asked the couples about what they expected the future to have in store for them. Angela further added that once the weight loss surgery is successful, everything will be reconstructed as she will have skin surgery and other procedures to make her look even more beautiful. While Angela seemed pleased with her decision, Michael was not too happy about it. He was quick to express his discomfort after finding out about the surgery and admitted he was not a fan of them. He asked Angela to refrain from going under the knife and added that he loved her the way she was.

However, that was not enough to convince Angela. She revealed that quarantine had affected her weight and she had gained nearly 20 pounds in two months. Angela further revealed she was tired of being out of breath and needed to be in a body that she felt comfortable in.

Angela made it clear that she is not insecure about her body and believes she is beautiful. However, she admitted that the weight problem was getting concerning. Michael tried to change her mind by saying "I like big things and I have never complained about your body". Despite this, Angela thought it would be a good idea to have the surgery.

Angela told Michael she would "flip you upside down" during sex after losing some weight. The two went on and on about the risks and advantages of undergoing a surgery. Other cast members also weighed in on their thoughts. Larissa Santos thought Angela should get the surgery but warned her about the probability of dying. Meanwhile, Colt Johnson asked her if the surgery was worth the risk. Michael stated he did not want to lose Angela and would prefer if she did not go ahead with the weight loss plan. However, Angela revealed she wanted to do the surgery for herself and seemed convinced it was a good idea. Will this be another reason for the two to get into an argument?

'90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After' Tell-All Part 3 aired on October 5 at 8 pm ET on TLC.
