Morgan Wallen was not in attendance at the ACM Awards 2024 as he is currently on tour for his 'One Night at a Time' tour, with a performance scheduled in New Jersey on May 17, 2024, Friday.

For those of you who are unaware, let us share with you, Wallen was arrested on April 7 for reportedly throwing a chair, resulting in charges of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Wallen's legal proceedings are scheduled to resume in Nashville on August 15.

This year, Morgan Wallen was nominated for six ACM Awards, tying Luke Combs for the most nominations in various categories. This included a nomination for Album of the Year for his record 'One Thing At A Time,' which held the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart for 18 weeks, matching the record set by Garth Brooks' 'Ropin' the Wind.'

Wallen's hit single 'Last Night' is also up for Single of the Year, having spent 16 weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart, making it the longest-running solo song in history.
