The remix for Zara Larsson's hit song 'WOW' is getting its own official music video on October 7.

Taking to her social media on October 5 to make the announcement, the Swedish pop star wrote on Twitter, "WOW ft @SabrinaAnnLynn video is out Wednesday 12pm ET #WOWRemixVideo."

The 'WOW' remix features a special guest appearance by Sabrina Carpenter, so fans are waiting with a lot of anticipation to see the two pop singers come together in the music video.

"I'm already LIVING for it," declared an excited fan.

"WTF I LOVE U BOTH SO MUCH," said a fan while another wrote, "We're all gonna watch it."

Many other fans loved Larsson's look in the photographs she posted with her announcement. One fan said, "you look GORGEOUS omg." Another added in all caps, "YOU LOOK INCREDIBLE."

One fan shared, "Best news all day. Thanks to you both."

Larsson's announcement on Instagram drew the attention of her 'WOW' remix collaborator. "U make my jaw drop," Sabrina Carpenter wrote, which was in reference to a previous post where Larsson shared a stunning photo with the caption: "Make your jaw drop."

The original version of Larsson's 'WOW' was produced by renowned DJ Marshmello and released back in 2019 as a part of the soundtrack for the Netflix original movie 'Work It'. The film starred Carpenter herself and after its release, the original 'WOW' skyrocketed up the charts of both Top 40 and Dance Radio and garnered over 60M streams and counting.

Larrson initially teased the remix in August 2020. The singer wrote on Twitter "...since y'all love WOW so much.. bringing it back for a sec," along with a video discussing her reasons to give another version of the track for fans.

"I just wanted to say hey, hey, hey, and thank you so much for the love you guys have given 'Love Me Land' and 'WOW', 'cause 'WOW' is a song that is over a year old," she began in the clip. "And it's so exciting to see how much attention it's getting right now, so we just figured, 'Why not give it truly the attention it deserves, you know, put it on radio, put it on playlists, see what's gonna happen, make it the new single.' So, let's go for that. I know it can be a bit confusing, 'cause I always have a lot of songs out, but we are getting 'WOW' to be the new single and here we go. Jump on board."
