The X-Men storm the warehouse, engaging in a fierce battle with Friends Of Humanity and successfully rescuing the young mutant.
During the confrontation, they observe the goons utilizing an advanced version of a Sentinel arm resembling a gauntlet, along with a detached Sentinel arm large enough to pose a serious threat to mutants.
This poses a problem as the X-Men believed they had already eliminated all the Sentinels. Despite the odds, the X-Men bravely fight their way through and return to their mansion unharmed.
Is Bolivar Trask responsible for supplying Sentinel weaponry?
Scott and Jean have a conversation with Dr. Cooper, the National Security Advisor specializing in superhuman affairs, especially mutants. She explains that Bolivar Trask is behind the creation and production of the Sentinels.
Trask vanishes after attempting to replace the President's brain with a Sentinel computer. Dr. Cooper adds that Trask would need a Master Mold factory to produce more Sentinels, and the X-Men destroyed the only known one, years ago.
Scott asks Dr. Cooper to investigate if Trask has built another factory secretly to which she responds that she will. Will the X-men capture Trask? Watch the first episode of 'X-Men '97' to find out.
