Silo’ Season 3 Episode 7 was released on August 14 on Apple TV+. During the latest episode, Kennedy and Lukas meet Juliette at Holding 13, where they come up with a plan to go outside and reach Silo 17. Their goal is to save the kids and acquire the silo blueprint to find out where the Safeguard outlet is. However, due to Kennedy’s reluctance, they decide that he will accompany Lukas to Silo 17 but won't go inside. Suddenly, a note arrives for them, and Juliette goes on high alert after reading it. She asks Jerry to bring Danny so he can shut down the cafeteria monitors. She then goes to meet Robert, whom viewers previously saw sneaking out despite Camille forbidding him to help the Outsiders. Robert reveals that “Vitamin D” has been added to the water, which is going to wipe people’s memories. Robert also tells her that someone is keeping track of him, so he won’t be of any help anymore.

Juliette then changes the plan and sends Lukas and Kennedy on the mission immediately instead of at dawn. After learning the code names they would use to communicate with Martha over the radio, the duo steps outside. But it turns out to be a trap. As they get closer to Silo 17, bullets start raining down on them. Then, the Algorithm is shown telling Camille that Lukas and Kennedy have been “neutralized,” meaning they have been killed. The Algorithm asks Camille to convince Juliette to abandon her plan to go to Silo 17 and stop gathering information about how to stop the Safeguard Protocol. That’s because even if Juliette shuts down the Protocol, it would only be temporary, as the backup Protocol would kick in. During the meeting, Juliette convinces Camille that her only goal is to save the kids. She also asks about Kennedy and Lukas because the radio feed was cut off. Camille lies and says that their suits failed them, but Juliette points out that the bulletproof suits could not have been made by anyone, implying that they were shot.

Later, Teddy manages to convince Juliette that they should blow up the Judicial walls to destroy the pipes carrying the poison when the Safeguard Protocol is turned on. To avoid a poison leak, they can make new suits. Initially, Juliette isn’t willing to go through with the plan because it is risky and could result in many deaths. However, after meeting Gloria, whom she met in Season 1 but had forgotten, she changes her mind. Gloria has Mission diary in which Mission, a porter, has mentioned losing his memory due to the drugs. That suggests that the memory-suppression drugs have far more harmful effects, as people can become violent and even hurt themselves. That’s what finally convinces Juliette to go ahead with the explosives plan. Robert and Sandy help get the passes needed to enter Judicial. But when the group sees Robert going in with Camille to interrogate Nurse Amy, Juliette hesitates. She eventually gives them a thumbs-up, and the team begins planting the explosives inside Judicial.

Suddenly, Kennedy radios Martha with the help of Lukas’ helmet. He doesn’t mention Lukas but confirms that the kids are safe. This could still be another plan by the Algorithm, with someone else impersonating Kennedy. However, now that Juliette is sure Kennedy is alive, she immediately tells Teddy to cancel the plan. In Judicial Seclusion, Camille confronts Robert after learning that he helped the Outsiders get the passes. She demands to know how he is helping them and threatens to kill Amy. Robert somehow manages to get her to put the gun down, but it is not revealed whether he told her everything or not. Meanwhile, Knox learns the truth about how his father faked his death and is actually alive. Mark reveals to him that he heard Knox’s father made something for Ed, who then helped him fake his death using someone else’s body. Now, Knox wants to find his father and seek justice for the dead man.

Elsewhere, Helen and Daniel are forced to sign NDAs. Senator Thurman entices them by saying that if they sign, they will board the plane with Charlotte, Victor, and Anna and get all the answers they need. Then Per Stenson steps in and threatens them, saying that if they refuse, they will both be sent to Guantanamo Bay. In the end, Helen and Daniel sign them. They are taken to Stenson’s Island, where they see a massive drilling machine working on making a hole in the ground. That is where the creation of the silos is taking place. So, it is now clear that all 51 silos are situated on a 300,000-acre piece of land. Episode 8 will air next week on August 21.
