LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Liam Payne debuted a new look that has left many wondering what happened to his face. The 29-year-old former One Direction member was spotted at the premiere of Louis Tomlinson's new docu-movie 'All Of Those Voices'.
Payne's jawline looked much more sculpted and prominent while his face, which had much softer features earlier, looked very sharp. He attended the premiere with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy.

Many speculated on social media that he had undergone buccal treatment. The procedure involves removing the fat pads from inside the cheeks to give the face an angular appearance. His look attracted a lot of comments, with most people shocked at the radical transformation. Celebrities including Chrissy Teigen and Sophie Turner were said to have undergone this procedure.

'Model-ish and rugged'
Dr Ramtin Kassir, a celebrity plastic surgeon who has worked on celebrities including Melissa Gorga and Lele Pons, reportedly said, "He didn't look bad before, but his face, instead of looking soft and a little bit chubby, looks model-ish and rugged," per Aceshowbiz. He added that the fillers could have been used to contour the singer's jaw and chin.
The founding medical injector at Plump Cosmetics, Pamela Weinberger, reportedly said, "His new look is definitely sharper than it was in the past and has a bit of a 'wow factor' for sure with how different his facial structure is looking." She added that he may have chosen to get regular maintenance botox, lip filler, chin filler and jawline filler.
