Gwen Stefani noticed that Mac was flirting with her the entire time he was singing the song. She asked the singer, "Mac, were we locking eyes like the entire performance?" Mac gave a teasing look to the coach.
Gwen claimed, "There was a point where I was like Oh my god." She put her hands on her face, hiding her eyes. This made Mac blush while he was being complimented by the coach.
Reba McEntire refused to acknowledge Mac Royals' talent in 'The Voice' Season 24 Knockouts
Where all the judges praised Mac, Reba refused to do the same. She went ahead complimenting Brandon, saying, "Your song was beautiful, stage presence looked great."
She then jumped to praise Taylor, claiming, "Oh my god Taylor, what a voice you have, wow." She added, "Showmanship, that range, powerful, absolutely knocked it out the ball park."
Without saying a word about Mac, Reba went ahead to choose Taylor. Seeing this, a fan commented, "The way Reba was looking at Mac!! Omgg."
"I love Mac!! Reba refuses to acknowledge him !!!" wrote one. Another called out Reba, "Is it me, or does Reba have something against Mac Royals, she didn’t even acknowledge his performance when he originally chose her. She’s done that with another artist as well. She’s definitely not Blake Shelton. Yeah I said it. Just pay attention to it."
Will Brandon Montel be eliminated from 'The Voice' Season 24 Knockouts?
Yes, if fans' spoilers are to be believed. Brandon will be seen singing AZA's 'Nobody Gets Me' in the Knockouts.
In the preview clip, we did not see any of the judges choosing him to move ahead in the show. Almost all of the judges went ahead with Mac and only Reba chose Taylor.
Gwen stepped in to praise the singer saying, "Obviously Brandon, you were mine originally. Everyone was dying to see you." On the other hand, John believed that it was wise of Brandon to pick that particular song as it connected the audience with his story.
