The 54-year-old actor quickly grabbed one of the top spots on the trending list as he entertained the audience present at the court with his quirky antics. Klay Thompson was equally shocked and amused as he gave a priceless reaction the moment he saw Will Ferrell decked up as Jackie Moon. Interestingly, Kelly loves the fictional character so much so that he himself donned the iconic outfit three years ago and he has often sported a Moon-style headband. Head coach Steve Kerr revealed that Will Ferrell had emailed him a while back about the visit.
Apparently, Ferrell is a big Klay Thompson fan and is aware that he dresses up as Jackie Moon. Kerr added that he felt it was a nice time to do it. According to multiple outlets, Stephen Curry, who had a gala time with Ferrell, stated, “I was actually surprised by his form. He had nice rotation on the ball.” Ferrell at the court took shots with Curry. Speaking of Will Ferrell’s movie ‘Semi Pro’, the flick was helmed by Kent Alterman and also starred Woody Harrelson, André Benjamin, and Maura Tierney in prominent roles.
