Steph Curry's wife Ayesha calls open marriage rumors 'ridiculous' in response to trolling
Ayesha Curry has shut down the rumors about having an open marriage with her husband Steph Curry while getting back at an Instagram troll. Ayesha’s comment comes weeks after rumors first surfaced about the couple, who have been married since 2011.
On Monday, Ayesha Curry posted a photo from her husband’s GQ cover shoot on her Instagram account with a caption, “good gracious God almighty,” along with some complimentary emojis. Trolling commented on her post: "But yet you still want an open relationship. If I were him you would have been sent to the streets already."

"Don't believe everything you read. Do you know how ridiculous that is? Don't disrepect my marriage like that. Please and thank you," responded Ayesha to the troll on Instagram.
In December 2021, an anonymous tip was given to Instagram page @Deuxmoi stating that a certain basketball couple weren’t “as faithful in love as their social media and image make them out to be." Soon after, trolls linked the open marriage rumors to Ayesha and Steph and they became a hot discussion on Twitter.
The anonymous person wrote, “Have it on good authority that this well-known NBA couple aren’t as faithful in love as their social media and image make them out to be. They both have side hookups and flings but keep it very private to keep up the perfect family image they show to the world. I was shocked to learn, they’ve been together for so long.”
Back in July 2021, Ayesha celebrated the couple's anniversary with a special Instagram post. She wrote: "My everything! 10 years married y'all". "It has felt like the blink of an eye. @stephencurry30 is by far, hands down the most amazing being I know." She added, "I can't wait to see what the next 50 has in store for us. Happy day happy day! We've been doing the most celebrating the past couple of days. July 30,2011 to infinity and beyonnnnnnd."
In September, Ayesha had also revealed that the couple had planned a surprise vow renewal ceremony to celebrate their 10 year anniversary. She wrote, "A couple of weeks ago @stephencurry30 surprised me with the most beautiful vow renewal ceremony." She added, "He even picked out my dress for me and had it waiting." The couple has long been known for being very much in love with each other because of these public declarations.
