Actor Will Ferrell rushed to hospital after car accident, leaving one seriously wounded
Will Ferrell has been rushed to the hospital following a freak accident. The 50-year-old actor was reportedly traveling through Orange County, California in a large SUV when the vehicle flipped with him and three other people in it.
The actor was one of the three passengers in the chauffeur-driven car. All three of the passengers were rushed to the hospital following the scary accident.
The actor's SUV was reportedly side-swiped by another car. Details of the accident haven't given a clue to the extent of the injuries sustained by the people involved in the accident. However, witnesses reported that Will was conscious and on his phone as he was being carried out on the stretcher into the ambulance. The accident occurred on Interstate 5 at around 11pm.
According to sources, the comedian was heading back from a 'Funny or Die' event close to San Diego, where he supposedly appeared as Anchorman Ron Burgundy.
A source told TMZ: "Will has been released from the hospital and is doing well. He did not suffer any significant injury."
Another source claims that a woman in the SUV with him is said to be more seriously injured. We hope that the folks involved in the accident make a quick recovery. Stay strong, Will!
