GRENADA, CARIBBEAN: In the eleventh episode of Season 11 of the popular reality TV series 'Below Deck', fans witnessed an emotionally charged moment featuring cast member Barbara 'Barbie' Pascual.

While speaking to her mom on the phone, Barbara said, "I ruined the day for everyone. Everyone. Yes, because it's the day off for everyone and I'm here crying."
Not long after that, her mother reassured her that everything would work out in the end and encouraged her to stay focused on her job, reminding her that she was not the type to give up easily. "I know that you're not a quitter," her mom replied.
During a conversation with Anthony Iracane, Fraser talked about Barbara and said, "Every time I’m speaking to her I try to resonate with her. She said, 'No.' She said ‘Maybe you’re the problem. I’m done."
Anthony chimed in, "Do you know she’s in the middle of crying to someone. She is in the bathroom crying." Fraser asked Anthony, "Is she upset?" Anthony added, "She was saying she is leaving right now." Xandi Olivier entered the chat and said, "We love her, leave her so honestly god bless."
During a confessional, Xandi said, "There has been a lot of drama onboard. Barbie has had her hand in most of the dramas. If you don’t want to be here no one is forcing you. Get off. I’ll help you back."

He responded, "Yeah, four more charters. Can you not be a bad b**ch and just do it?" to which Barbara replied, "I’m a bad b**ch I have never quit anything in my life." Kyle continued, "If you quit I’m never speaking to you again."

While Barbara may have a preference for staying on St David, Fraser possibly has a different plan in store. During the crew dinner, an occasion where all the yachties gather together, Barbara took the opportunity to deliver a toast.
"Alright, crew, I just want to apologize for all the sh-t that happened today. Everybody here knows there's sh-t going on between me and Fraser, there's a sh-t ton of drama going on. And, Fraser, we have to figure this out, and I'm really sorry it has affected everybody," Barbara said.
During a confessional, Xandi said, "I think that's the worst toast I ever heard, but I'll toast to it. I think she just made things worse."
After the toast was made, Fraser shared his thoughts and feelings with Xandi in a moment of vulnerability and trust and stated, "That was the most disrespectful thing I've heard in my entire life, and I'm done." He implied that Barbara should be terminated from her position and added, "And tomorrow we'll be three stews again."
