JALOUSIE COVE, ST LUCIA: Season 10 of 'Below Deck' did not air a new episode on Monday, December 26, 2022. When the series resumes on January 2, 2023, fans can expect to witness a very calm and composed Chief Stew, Fraser Olender, lose his cool on one of his subordinates.

The hit Bravo series had a brief hiatus over the holidays and New Year's Eve, but will return with a brand new episode on Monday, January 2, 2023, at 8.pm ET. The cast will be seen adjusting to a new captain and handling their charter duties, as well as some arguments that will keep viewers riveted in front of the TV. Captain Lee Rosbach left the show in the penultimate episode as his struggle with a nerve condition in his left leg worsened. After an emotional goodbye, new Captain Sandy Yawn was tasked with leading the crew until the previous captain returns.

The cast members of 'Below Deck' will faithfully handle their charter assignments in the following episode. They will also be collaborating with their team members and will struggle to find common ground with some of them, resulting in several disagreements and confrontations throughout the episode. While some crew members will become embroiled in tense situations, others will struggle to balance work and personal obligations.

Following Captain Lee's sad retirement from the show, the charter crew will continue to handle their guests, but they will encounter several problems. This week, Alissa and Camille's feud will be heard by Captain Sandy, who will be seen resolving their argument. Viewers will have to wait and see if the captain's intervention resolves the conflict between the two women.

Captain Sandy will address Camille after the cast complained about her not fulfilling her tasks or being assigned extra work. The strain is shown making the 'Below Deck' star distraught in this week's teaser clip.

Chief Stew Fraser expresses concern to the deck stew about being "pulled in all directions" with Alissa not doing any job. However, she is shown receiving criticism from the latter, who believes that a charter does not need this level of effort. Fraser is also shown becoming upset with Camille and questioning her mental state. In another scene, chef Rachel asks Camille to take over a task, but the latter notes that Captain Sandy gave her a 30-minute break. However, the captain requests that the stew not "throw her under the bus," eliciting an emotional reaction from Camille on 'Below Deck.'

Furthermore, Katie is seen attempting to reconcile her love for Bosun Ross. Over the course of the last several episodes, the two had formed a bond. However, in the preview clip, he is shown kissing Camille in the restroom while the deckhand stands beside her. Katie then exits the scene, upset and distraught about Ross' actions.

Camille is in for another long week at 'Below Deck.' Tune into Bravo on Monday, January 2nd, 2023 at 8.pm ET to watch how Fraser tries to keep his crew in check
