Why was Kathryn Dennis fired from 'Southern Charm'? Fans say show will not be 'watchable' without her
CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA: Fans of 'Southern Charm' are in for a major shake-up in the cast, as sources have revealed that Kathryn Dennis is out and she has not been offered a new contract for the next season. The reason is said to be the multiple no-shows and poor treatment of the staff. The rumor comes a month after she was threatened with being kicked out. The rumor was first reported by Instagram account @queensofbravo. The insider said Dennis had been struggling with money problems and said, "this is a wake-up call" The news has broken the hearts of fans who are now speaking out in support.
The 31-year-old television star was faced with two Rule to Vacate notices last year for her WestEdge apartment, which she once shared with ex-boyfriend Chleb Ravenell. Now she could lose the show, too. The source told the US Sun, "I know Bravo didn’t offer her a contract, but when you treat people poorly like she has they finally get sick of it. She doesn’t show up on time or show up at all during filming a lot. She treats people like they are beneath her. She can’t stand anyone doing better or getting more attention than her." "I think that’s why a new producer was brought in; the previous one couldn’t handle it anymore," the source continued about the star's exit from the Bravo reality show. They further said, "I know she’s had money issues and now I don’t know how she’s going to work, she’s never had a job. I’m worried for her, but maybe this is a wake-up call."

I know she wasn't on much last year but she brings the viewers Hate or love her...she does Will the show even be watchable??" Another user said, "I am kinda sad about this news she was most people’s story lines for 8 seasons" One more fan tweeted, "some people love it, i like it. but it's undeniable that kathryn dennis was the star of the show seasons 1-7. most people consider the most recent (8) the worst & kathryn had much less of a presence than normal. so basically, the kathryn show is great & it will flop without her!"
