'Southern Charm' Finale: Kathryn Dennis' rapid weight loss transformation has fans wondering if she's on drugs

The weight loss is evident but viewers are of the opinion that there's something not right about it, with one even connecting rapid weight loss to drug consumption

Kathryn Dennis is going through a lot. It's a tough phase where she needs her friends by her side. Unfortunately, most have turned their backs on her and she is all by herself, tackling death threats that are a direct repercussion of her monkey emoji fiasco. Even though she apologized for her racist remark to a user on social media, the slip-up has continued to haunt her.

In this week's episode of 'Southern Charm', we see the reality TV star pour her heart out to a friend, Jackie, who calls in to check up on her. She was browsing through baby clothes for ex-partner Thomas Ravenel's newborn while admitting how damaging the past few weeks have been with regard to BFF Danni Baird's behavior towards her.

The two got into a nasty war of words at Madison LeCroy's beach party but not before they had multiple discussions about how they have not been there for each other as much as they should have. 

If it were left to just those two, the drama wouldn't have boiled over. Does Leva Bonaparte seem to have stirred the pot a little? Popular opinion on social media is yes. In the last few times that she has met up with Danni, they have ended up having a discussion about Kathryn and her racist roots and remarks.

Even in this week's episode, we witnessed how Leva pointed out that she doesn't appreciate Danni coddling Kathryn and defending her actions when she should really be called out for it.

Meanwhile, fans seem to be more worried about how "unhealthy" Kathryn has started to look in her new confessional. She is in this beautiful bandeau dress, where her shoulders are exposed. The weight loss is evident but viewers are of the opinion that there's something not right about it, with one even connecting rapid weight loss to drug consumption. Thomas once accused Kathryn of reportedly using drugs and consuming alcohol while she was pregnant with their baby.

"Whooooooah, Kathryn looks healthy in the episode ... but her confessional look. Anyone else seeing a rapid weight loss drug addict in the confessional?" a fan asked while another tweeted: "How did Kathryn lose so much weight #SouthernCharm."

"Isn’t Kathryn still in her 20s? Why does she look like she has had one too many work done on her? I want her to scrub wash her face take off the weird hair extension and make an appearance looking normal. Please. #SouthernCharm," one user posted.

"Whoa.... is Kathryn back on that Coca-Cola?? Her newest confessional doesn’t look.... healthy. #SouthernCharm," a fan tweeted, another commented: "Does Kathryn look emaciated in her confessional? #southerncharm."
