LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: During the highly anticipated two-hour special titled 'Dance Moms: The Reunion', viewers witnessed all the OG dance moms, as well as their daughters, revisiting some of the most controversial moments from the dance show.

While chatting with Paige Hyland, Brooke Hyland, and Kendall Vertes, Chloe Lukasiak mentioned contemplating skipping 'Dance Moms: The Reunion' and also shared her thoughts about the renowned dance instructor Abby Lee Miller.

"I was really hesitant to come back and talk about the rivalry Abby created. I was so sick of like being put into this box and then I realized that it's gonna scare me either way whether I'm part of it or I'm not," Chloe said. The 'Dance Moms' star went on to say, "So it's time to get back and set the record straight."

She added, "I thought I wasn't good enough like in every single way and it wasn't until a year ago that I realized the way about myself where her words still lingering with me like 10 years later and I realized that's not who I am. She doesn't get the power over me. She doesn't define me anymore.

When asked about her mother Christi Lukasiak's absence from the reunion, Chloe explained that her mother was a bit tied up with her own project.

When Chloe and her mother Christi joined 'Dance Moms', right from the start, Abby Lee Miller put Chloe and Maddie against each other.

In a clip from 'Dance Moms' that was played during the reunion, Abby said, "Two solos will be competing Maddie and Chloe."  Christi added, "I think she's setting us up, the exact same costume, the exact same song." Then, Maddie emerged as the winner out of the two.

At that point, Chloe poured her heart out and said, "I didn't really win and Maddie won and I was a little upset but I was really happy for Maddie." Kelly Hyland asked Abby, "So Abby, how did you discover the discrepancy between the 30 point and 25 point," to which she replied, "I guess the judges said there's a problem."

When asked if Abby changed the scores to make sure that Maddie won the dance battle, Chloe said, "Yeah. I think she was willing to do whatever it took to make sure she got the outcome she wanted."

"That situation actually makes me upset because the rivalry that was created, was sure in a sense, good for pushing the two of us, to like, you know get better and better. But it really took me down."

Where is 'Dance Moms: The Reunion' star Chloe Lukasiak now?

Chloe Lukasiak was a prominent figure on 'Dance Moms' for four seasons before deciding to leave due to conflicts with Abby Lee Miller. Although she made a brief return in season 7, Chloe has been vocal about the negative impact the show had on her.

In a YouTube video from 2019, which has garnered almost 2 million views, she opened up about her struggles during her time on the series. She described it as the most challenging experience she has ever faced and revealed that one of the reasons she left the studio was because she and her mother refused to sign a contract that imposed restrictions on her appearances.

Aside from managing her YouTube channel with over 2 million subscribers, Chloe has expanded her career into acting, landing roles in movies such as 'Loophole' and 'The Message.' She has even ventured into writing, penning a memoir titled 'Girl on Pointe: Chloe's Guide to Conquering the World', chronicling her experiences on 'Dance Moms' and her growth journey towards self-love and acceptance.

In terms of her personal life, Chloe was romantically involved with professional skateboarder and model Brooklinn Khoury from 2020 to 2023. During this time, the couple shared a close relationship and enjoyed many experiences together.

Their partnership was widely acknowledged within their respective industries and among their fan bases. However, as with many relationships, they eventually went their separate ways, each continuing on their paths in life.
