What are the charges against Josh Flagg?
Brenton began researching expired listings on the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) as possible client sources in 2019, according to the documents obtained by RadarOnline. The real estate agent claimed in the document that the Bravo star told him if he found any expired real estate listings on the MLS, with prior approval by Josh, "Davis could use Flagg's name to contact the owners of such properties, and Davis would share 50 per cent of any commissions obtained from the sale of such properties." However, Brenton found an expired listing for a condo in West Hollywood with a listing price of $5.29 million in 2019.
As assured by the reality star, Brenton notified Josh, who allegedly approved of Brenton calling the owners, Amy and Ben Zaites. The real estate agent introduced himself to the property owners and told them Flagg was his listing partner. The parties had a meeting, and Flagg eventually took on the property and sold it for $4.8 million in April 2022. However, Brenton further accused in the documents that Flagg refused to pay him any portion of the commissions owed from the sale of the condo. Brenton also accused Flagg of fraud and claimed that the Bravo star agreed without any intention to 'perform' his obligations. According to the legal documents, the real estate agent had demanded unspecified compensatory damages along with punitive damages for the alleged fraud.
