He reflected on his surprising transformation and noted in an Instagram post, "I used to believe I was a "skinny kid" and that it was impossible for me to put on any weight."
However, Jacobi revealed that he later discovered the strategy for building muscle quickly and using the perfect technique when performing exercises. He further suggested to his followers to not fear their failures.
