Who is Huguette Nicole Young? Eerie footage shows Kelly Clarkson's stalker outside her house despite restraining order
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE: Eerie CCTV photographs reveal Kelly Clarkson's serial stalker loitering outside the singer's California property. The stalker, identified as Huguette Nicole Young, 56, has been hit with six felony charges after breaking her restraining order twelve times. She has been charged with stalking, trespassing, and violating a protection order, and may spend more than a year in jail. Young's most recent infraction saw her getting caught slipping out of Clarkson's $5.4 million family home in the San Fernando Valley.
The strangest thing, according to TMZ, is that Young usually shows up outside the house at exactly 8.59 pm, even though there is no known significance to that time. Kelly is concerned as sources connected to her told TMZ that the stalking forced her to prevent her kids from ever going outside at night. Young and Kelly have reportedly known one another for more than ten years. Prior to the events in California, she supposedly initially located Kelly at her mansion in Nashville. According to Clarkson, Young occasionally even left unwanted presents outside her house.

A permanent restraining order against Young
According to the security chief of Clarkson, Young has made odd attempts to provide gifts including dog toys, stickers, plants, and seeds. Clarkson filed a permanent restraining order against Young and another person, Victor Fernandez, earlier this month after they continued to show up outside her house and make "disturbances." The pair were given five-year restraining orders by the 'American Idol' star, 40, and are no longer permitted to communicate with her or her two children, son Remington, 6, and daughter River, 8. Young reportedly drove slowly by Clarkson's residence four times in only 10 days earlier this month, despite the restraining order against her. The singer sought a restraining order against Young, according to court records acquired by TMZ, after she visited her residence at least 18 times since October.
'At least a football field away'
According to the records, Clarkson asked the judge to keep Young "at least a football field away" from her family, house, workplace, and kids' school. Young repeatedly showed up despite one of the singer's security guards confronting her during one of her unauthorized visits and informing her she was recorded on tape trespassing. After Clarkson's security reported the incident to the Los Angeles Police Department, the temporary restraining order was approved. The stalker seems unable to stay away from Clarkson's opulent five-bedroom property, which is furnished with a number of opulent extras. It has a posh spa, a pool, a playground for kids, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Young has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges and is now jailed on a $26,000 bond, according to TMZ.
