PARADISE VALLEY, ARIZONA: As the highly-anticipated Season 21 of 'The Bachelorette' approaches, viewers can expect to see a diverse group of 25 men vying for the affections of Jenn Tran. Amongst the contestants is Dakota Nobles, who will undoubtedly bring his own unique charm and personality to the table in hopes of winning over the heart of the leading lady.

At 27 years old, Dakota is a certified sommelier, also known as a wine steward, from Paradise Valley. In a recent Instagram post, he reflected on his path to becoming a sommelier, highlighting the progress he has made from starting out as a busser to achieving certification in his field.

He started by writing, "An experience I won’t forget for a lifetime. The Advanced Sommelier Course. I started my adventure in the world of wine about 7 years ago, with zero clue where this journey would take me. I was working at an upscale fine diner called Ocean Prime."

"I started at the age of 17, as a busser. I worked my way up the ladder, and I was surrounded by incredible wine, and I started to take an interest. My first wine mentor, was a gentleman named Chad Fuller (one of my best friends to this day, like a father to me). He recommended me a book called Windows on The World, by Kevin Zraley. Saying I was infatuated would be an understatement; I was HOOKED," he added.

The wine enthusiast continued, "Fast forward some time, I passed my first level, and 6 weeks later I passed my certified, officially able to call myself the prestigious title of “Certified Sommelier”. The day after I passed, I received my first job offer as a professional Sommelier. My 2nd (and current) wine mentor, is a gentleman named George Shaffer. He was shirt off the back with me from day 1, graciously took me under his wing, and shared with me all of his knowledge. I cannot express how much of an impact he has had in my life (professionally and personally), and the love I have as a person for this individual."

"In the midst of all of this, I’ve still been working on my other passion, which is modeling. (That’s a story for another day) I also am about to air on a little show called “The Bachelorette”. Because of other things going on in my life, I feel I haven’t put my best foot forward with my potential in the wine industry. That stops now. I have never felt more inspired; I’ve now had the luxury of being surrounded by the best sommeliers in the country (and even Canada!) and all of you amazing candidates and master sommeliers, have reignited my passion (you all know who you are). I have chills as I’m writing this, and I cannot wait to see you all at the Advanced Level next year. LETS START GRINDING," he concluded.

Dakota's journey showcases his dedication and growth within the wine industry, demonstrating his passion for the craft and commitment to mastering his skills.
