Lady Gaga performed in high spirits at the lavish wedding celebration of British billionaire Alan Howard and Caroline Byron, who is a chef by profession. The celebration took place over the weekend at Villa Olmo in Como, Italy, and was witnessed by famous names like Pixie Lott and her husband Oliver Cheshir, Swedish model and actress Victoria Silvstedt among others.
It has been said that around 250 people were invited to see Howard and Byron say “I do” to each other. The guests along with the newly-wed were then treated to an amazing performance by the ‘Rain On Me' singer. The 36-year-old songwriter, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta and who apparently takes over $1 million for private appearances, dazzled in an emblazoned diamante gown while dancing and singing.

She completed her look while keeping her platinum blonde locks straight and wearing bright makeup and red lips. Clips of her stunning show were shared on Instagram Stories by Silvstedt, who wrote in one of her posts, “I’m totally starstruck.” Lady Gaga also changed her dress for the function and was reportedly seen playing piano while wearing a strapless black velvet gown. “There is only one Lady Gaga,” Silvstedt declared in another now-disappeared Story.
The 47-year-old model, who is reportedly a close friend of the bride, also gave a glimpse of the venue and other celebrations that marked Howard and Byron’s special day. It has been said that the lovebirds have officially married each other in 2020 itself. The weekend ceremony was held to celebrate their union with their nearest and dearest ones.
Who is Alan Howard?
Born to a Jewish family, Howard became famous “after astute reading of imminent danger helped him become a billionaire,” the Daily Mail reported. He is the co-founder of Brevan Howard Asset Management LLP, which was opened in 2002. The firm is reportedly now the world's fourth-largest hedge fund with $24 billion run by 300 staff.
As per reports, “he is number 13 when it comes to Forbes’ list of the Highest-Earning Hedge Fund Managers 2019. Even though Alan Howard’s endeavors are not performing at a peak of $40 billion in asset management achieved during their heyday, they’re still a multi-billion dollar operation.”
He is also reportedly the owner of multiple estates around the globe. “He moved to Geneva, Switzerland in 2010. He spent five years living in the country, then made the decision to move to the United States. He maintained his British citizenship, but he’s lived in several different parts of the world. Mr. Howard purchased a condo in Miami, Florida for the cost of $14.5 million in 2015. He returned back home to London in 2017,” a report noted.
Not just a businessman, Howard is also behind a charitable organization named Alan Howard Charitable Foundation, whose mission is to “promote Holocaust education and other Jewish and Israeli causes.” Before exchanging vows with Byron, the 58-year-old was married to Sabine Howard until 2015, They share four children together.
