LAUREL, MISSISSIPPI: HGTV's 'Home Town' star Erin Napier recently took to Instagram to announce disheartening news. The 37-year-old revealed to her fans that someone close to her who she knew through the church died. And now, in order to offer something as her condolence, the star will be doing a demo on their house.
Erin uploaded a photo of her wearing a blue dungaree with re t-shirt on their Instagram story. The golden girl sported brown glasses as she posed for the camera. Keep reading to know who 'Home Town' star Erin lost and what she will be doing in order to honor the dead ones.

Who died on HGTV's 'Home Town'?
It's not new to know that Erin and her husband Ben Napier used to go to church on a regular basis. Indeed, they formed a group of friends there. Erin recently took to social media to open up about her loss. She writes, "doing demo on the house of a couple who went to our church who've since passed away." She further explains the death of her clients and friends to be "the most complicated part of our work." In order to show her condolence and honor the dead, Erin will be renovating the house in order to make it living-friendly for the next family. Erin adds, "honoring people we cared about who lived in these homes while also making it personal for the next family." She calls this experience to be "bittersweet."
Erin and Ben Napier's 'period of grieving' before baby No 2
Erin and Ben went through a long period of "grieving" before the birth of their daughter Mae. HGTV star said, "I was just grieving our time as a family of three and thinking, 'It will never be like this again,'" as per People. There has been a whirlwind of emotions in the couple's life before the arrival of their second child. Well, things fell out to be good ever since Mae took birth. Instead of being concerned and worried, all their worries went away.
Ben and Erin have always been sensitive about the death of their close ones. In 2021, we saw the couple and their kids mourning the death of their pet dog, Baker, and called it the "hardest goodbye."
