SOHOMISH COUNTY, WASHINGTON STATE: HGTV's 'Unsellable Houses' is back with Season 4! With new episodes come new challenges. The twin sisters, Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, will be seen turning lifeless houses into enviable abodes homes. However, transforming these homes is not an easy feat. The twins will once again have to put in all their effort to help their desperate homeowners.

The sisters will invest their time to do some costly repairing. Lyndsay has expertise in home renovation, design and staging while Leslie excels in budget and negotiation. Towards the end of their renovation, the twins will be seen overhauling stagnant listings and attracting the right buyer. Where is 'Unsellable Houses' Season 4 filmed? 

'Unsellable Houses' was filmed in and mainly focuses on Snohomish County. Filming also took place in Everett, Marysville, Bothell, Lake Stevens, Snohomish and Lynnwood, all located in Snohomish County. The twins have grown, found love and are now raising their children in the same neighborhood. Therefore, they only want the best for their beloved town.

What is the prices of homes in 'Unsellable Houses'?

Herald Net reported that prices of homes featured on the show is between $500,000 to $1M. The twins invest their own money as they remodel the old and damp houses. After the house is sold, they split the profits over the listing price. Lyndsey said, "We have to be more conservative, a little more picky with houses we’re doing because the risks have gone up." She adds, "Homes aren’t selling overnight. It has been more stressful."  Properties in the new season will include a 1,000sqft rambler, a two-storey five-bedroom home, a simple farmhouse and a ranch.

'Unsellable Houses' Season 4 will premiere on Sunday, September 10 at 9 pm PT/ET on HGTV.
