Where is Dan Spilo now? Talent manager lives low-key life after elimination from 'Survivor' for inappropriate behavior
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Daniel "Dan" Spilo is maintaining a low-key life and living in Los Angeles after being ruled out from 'Survivor: Island of the Idols' Season 39.
He is not seen as being very active on social media, indeed, his whereabouts are less known to the people.
Dan currently works as a talent manager. He was most recently seen in 2019. The 52-year-old and his wife were sighted in Los Angeles for the first time following being kicked out from the show, according to the Daily Mail.
When asked about his elimination, Dan refused to speak, claiming he wasn't allowed to say anything but wished he could.

Why was Dan Spilo eliminated from 'Survivor' Season 39?
Dan was the first person in the show's history to be abruptly removed.
He was ruled out after making contestant Kelle Kim uncomfortable with his unwanted touch.
As he was getting into a transport boat on the show, Dan was reported to have inappropriately touched a female crew member on the leg.
Even though Dan insisted that the contact was accidental, the production team was not convinced by his claims. After consulting with the show's legal team, Dan was removed from the show.
'Survivor' host Jeff Probst reveals Dan Spilo was 'not happy' with elimination
EW reported that Jeff Probst revealed that when Dan was first informed about his elimination from the show he was not happy with the decision.
He claimed, "We talked through everything for quite a while, and by the time Dan got on the boat to leave he had calmed down and was actually very respectful as he departed."
When asked to provide details about what happened off-camera with Dan that led Jeff to remove him from the show, he claimed, "The question is a fair and reasonable one. I've endeavored to be as forthcoming as possible regarding everything that has happened this season."
In this situation, out of respect for privacy and confidentiality, I can't say anymore," he added.
Jeff referred to Season 39 as "unprecedented" and said, "Complex social issues were woven into the game in a way we have never seen before."
Dan Spilo publically apologizes for his inappropriate behavior on 'Survivor'
The Hollywood agent gave an apology statement to People where he said, "I am deeply sorry for how my actions affected Kellee during the taping of this season of 'Survivor'."
He added, "After apologizing at the tribal council when I first learned that Kellee still felt uncomfortable, I want to make sure I do so again, clearly and unambiguously."
Dan claimed that he 'regrets' what happened on the show but wanted to clarify that his intention was not to make anyone feel uncomfortable.
He said, "In my life, I have always tried to treat others with decency, integrity and kindness. I can only hope that my actions in the future can help me to make amends and show me to be the kind of father, husband, colleague and friend that I always aim to be."
