HAMPTONS, NEW YORK: Erin Lichy is inviting her 'The Real Housewives of New York: Reboot' co-stars to her Hamptons house. According to the promo for the upcoming episode, which is set to run on July 23, the real estate agent—who recently joined the all-new cast of Bravo's 'RHONY: Reboot'—showcases her beautifully refurbished Northwest Woods residence. Ubah Hassan doesn't look too pleased about the ladies' night.

The premiere of 'RHONY: Reboot' on Sunday, July 16, will bring opulence, elegance, and some good ol' reality TV drama to our screens. The season, which made its long-awaited return to Bravo, presented viewers with a fresh new ensemble after season 13 concluded amid controversy and low ratings. The rebooted 'RHONY' stars Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Bryn Whitfield, and ushers in a new chapter for the show, which first aired in 2008, making it one of Bravo's longest-running and most beloved Housewives franchises, with one of the most diverse casts in Bravo history. Before viewers get a look inside the Hamptons mansion on Sunday, let's look at the design secrets behind the room.

'Eclectic pieces and adding color and punchiness and vibrancy'

Erin also works as an interior designer for her own company, Homegirl, and she thoroughly enjoyed gutting the six-bedroom home and refurbishing it over the course of a year. Though her primary residence is in New York City, the aspiring reality star claims she enjoys spending weekends at her second home with her husband of ten years, Abraham, and their three children, Levi, Layla, and Elijah.

Erin is currently in her Long Island hideaway, keeping her peace. Erin told People in March that while the house is "definitely modern and feels a little beachy," she also wanted it to reflect the surrounding flora. It has a lot of depth and layers that add to the warmth of a wooded setting. "I think it's really important — the design really needs to match the location," the New Yorker says of her residence.

Erin's home redesign showcased some of her distinct design flair, particularly via "eclectic pieces and adding color and punchiness and vibrancy," but she also likes to keep things "modern and clean."

Erin's favorite room in the house is her kitchen, not just because she enjoys cooking, but also because of a significant improvement she made to the area during renovations. "We put in a huge window, and it just really opened the space. If I'm sitting at the counter, I see the kids running around, and it's just beautiful to look at the trees," she added. "It's a very lush, woodsy view. It's very serene."

Her bathroom reflects the same serene vibe, which is why it is another favorite area in the house. It's possible that the paint color "Reticence" has something to do with it. She likes this paint color since it is both feminine and unfeminine. It is completely appropriate for everyone. But it has a warm depth to it, and it went nicely with the stone color we chose for the floors.

She also installed two separate shower heads in her large shower, so her children could rinse off with her after a long day at the beach. While the renovations are largely finished, a half basketball court is being built in the outdoor space to make it the best play location for her children. "We have our fire pit on one side, we've got the pool area on the other, and we've got the basketball court on the other side of the house," stated the Homegirl founder. "I knew I needed enough square footage and acreage so that I could really work with the property and let it work for us."

'I need a full night of sleep where I'm not worried'

In the promo for the forthcoming episode, which Bravo released on July 18, Erin could be seen prepping her house for the girls' night out. She tells the cameras that she has been traveling east since she was eight years old. Then she met her husband, Abraham Lichy, and they decided they wanted to buy their own house. They used money from a Bushwick flip to acquire a run-down house that looked like 's**t' before she refurbished it. The house currently has five bedrooms, a renovated basement, and seven bathrooms.

Ubah informs co-stars Jessel and Sai on the way to Erin's house that she is genuinely quite delighted that they are doing this (ladies' night). "It was really tough for me to agree to stay in the house," she stated. She went on to say how certain she was about staying at Erin's place. During the first episode, she also stated, "I want to stay in a hotel." Erin snarled, "I'm pitching a tent for you."

Ubah explained that people may get the idea that their house might not be good enough for her, but she explained that "when I'm traveling with people, I need a full night of sleep where I'm not worried. Like, it's like sleeping, you need melatonin."

"So you're saying when you're alone, it's just your time," Sai observed. "It's your time to be off," Jessel continued.

Catch the brand-new episode of 'The Real Housewives of New York: Reboot' on Bravo at 9 PM ET to see how Ubah handles her night at Erin's.
