Here's when 'Saint X' Season 1 Episode 6 will release on Hulu
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: At the core, 'Saint X’ is simply another story of a White girl gone missing and eventually found murdered at an unusual spot. However, the Hulu show is adapted from the novel of the same name written by Alexis Schaitkin who took the liberty of devising a world of characters on a peaceful Caribbean island and then adding a layer of murder mystery to it. The premise makes for a complete entertainer for fans of the psychological murder mystery genre if done well but ‘Saint X’ has been underwhelming to many across the spectrum.
There are multiple themes addressed in the show, especially White and Black privilege, wealth, jealousy, youth, and ambition. All of it is entangled and presented to the viewer on a platter with all the elements connecting back to the murder of a young White woman. The suspects are Edwyn and Gogo, the two young Black men working at the resort, and Alison’s parents believe that they are the true killers of their daughter. However, Emily Thomas, Alison Thomas’s young sister still wants to get to the bottom of her sister’s murder as the police on the island had no choice but to clear Edwyn and Gogo’s names because of a sheer lack of evidence.

The show is narrated in two timelines — the past which portrays all the events leading ups Alison’s murder while in the present, Emily runs behind Gogo in New York who has found his way to America and is working as a cab driver. Since Edwyn and Gogo were never charged with Alison’s murder, the case remained unsolved which had bothered Emily until now. But fate has given her a chance to leave everything behind and find all the answers to her sister’s murder.
The suspects make up a long list — Edwyn, Gogo, Tyler, the college boy at the resort who had a fling with Emily and Ethan, the middle-aged married creep who lusted over Alison. The show is slowly addressing the motives of all these people and with the remaining three episodes, shocking revelations and answers might unravel everything that went wrong for Alison
