However, 'Good Bones' Season 8 will mark the last time Mina Starsiak Hawk and Karen E Laine team up for the HGTV show to remodel the houses in Indianapolis.

Mina and Karen will be assisted in this process by their crew, including Tad Starsiak.

In the upcoming season, Mina will help both of her younger siblings, her sister Kelsy Spaeth and brother Tad, to reimagine their new homes, while the rest of the crew take on a slew of new renovation projects.

Who stars in 'Good Bones' Season 8?

Mina Starsiak Hawk

Mina is the owner of Two Chicks and a Hammer, a renovation business, and also a realtor and author. She married Steve Hawk in 2016, and shares two children together, Jack and Charlie.

Mina has been appearing in 'Good Bones' since the debut of the show. Besides 'Good Bones', Mina has also appeared on other HGTV shows including, 'Rock the Block' and 'A Very Brady Renovation'.

Karen E Laine

Karen E Laine, 60, is Mina's mother who resides in Richmond, Indiana. She earned her law degree at the IU McKinney School of Law.

Besides 'Good Bones', Karen has also appeared in 'A Very Brady Renovation' and 'Brother vs Brother'.

Tad Starsiak

Tad Starsiak is Mina's brother. He helps Mina in renovating beautiful houses. He works for Two Chicks and a Hammer as a project manager. Additionally, Tad has his own clothing line called Love Heals.

Kelsy Spaeth

 Kelsy was born on October 15, 1992, and attended Indiana University Bloomington in 2011. She has also worked in her sister Mina's firm Two Chicks and a Hammer. 

After leaving her sister's firm, Kelsy joined Studio Science as a Senior Project Manager at Studio Science. Now, Kelsy is all set to appear on 'Good Bones' Season 8.

One property at a time, the mother-daughter team set out to revive Indianapolis, their hometown. They purchase dilapidated houses and renovate them into gorgeous urban dwellings.

Mina explained in her podcast how she and the HGTV network made the decision to end the show, 'Good Bones', expressing how important this show has been to her and the responsibilities that Mina has to handle and sometimes it gets difficult to manage everything.

However, the upcoming season will feature some thrilling transitions as Mina and Karen revamp a junk-filled duplex, complete with attic space and a basement.

To turn a profit, Mina transforms the attic into a rental income unit for the new homeowners.
