The much-awaited trailer of 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' is finally here. After the leaks, teases, rumors, and speculated release windows, the Tom Holland-starrer finally hits the screens, packing quite the wallop. The footage shows him reunite with OG Avenger Bruce Banner/The Hulk and get hit by Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle/The Punisher. He's shooting organic webs, has a heartbreak when he sees his love interest, MJ (Zendaya), now with a new boyfriend, and finally starts experiencing his mutation, causing his abilities to go haywire.

The clip, spanning 2 minutes and 30 seconds, shows enough as he takes on dreaded criminals to protect NYC, but the major highlight is the way it showcases his struggles, both physical and emotional. The trailer finally sees a comic-accurate Parker caught in a web (no pun intended) as he grapples with the ramifications of 'No Way Home.' At the end of the third film, Parker decides to make a huge sacrifice to save the City and the multiverse from being torn apart, inadvertently caused by Doctor Strange’s spell that brought villains Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus into the MCU from other dimensions. To end the universe-tearing magic, Parker agrees to make everyone in the world forget his true identity, including MJ.

The official synopsis reads, "Four years have gone by since we last caught up with our friendly neighborhood hero. Peter Parker is no more, but Spider-Man is at the top of his game, keeping New York City safe. Things are going well for our anonymous hero until an unusual trail of crimes pulls him into a web of mystery larger than he’s ever faced before. To take on what’s ahead, Spider-Man not only needs to be at the top of his physical and mental game, but he must also be prepared to face the repercussions of his past!" Bernthal's Punisher and Ruffalo's Hulk round up the cast alongside Sink. The cast includes returning favorites such as Zendaya as MJ, Batalon as Ned, and J.K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson. 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' releases on July 31 in cinemas.
