Melisa, a single mother, cherishes her son Can, who is the center of her universe. However, her world is shattered when she discovers she is terminally ill, with only five months left to live.

Can lives with the painful truth that his father died while going to get a tissue roll. This traumatic event has left him obsessed with never running out of tissue rolls, as he fears losing his mother and being left alone.

When Melisa learns that Can's father has a terminal illness, she becomes anxious about their future. To secure Can's well-being, she starts dating Firat, who initially clashes with Can.

However, as time passes, they grow closer, and the three of them start living together, giving Melisa hope for a stable and secure future for Can

Just as Melisa thinks she's found a sense of stability for Can, everything takes a dramatic turn when Can unexpectedly encounters his father, who was believed to be dead.

The Truth about Can's father

Can and Firat find themselves caught in a difficult situation, unsure of how to approach Melisa. Firat feels betrayed by Melisa's deception, while Can wants to confront her about his father's identity.

Melisa, grappling with the impact of her illness, makes the difficult decision to disclose the complete truth to Firat. Firat reluctantly agrees, prompting a flashback to a time when he and Melisa shared a fleeting romance.

However, Firat never fully committed to their relationship, ultimately leaving Melisa behind. Melisa found herself pregnant but never had the opportunity to disclose the news to Firat.

The chance encounter years later between Firat and Melisa gave her the idea that Can would be safest with his biological father after she was gone.

The man whom Can believes to be his father was a friend of Melisa's who had left the country. Melisa fabricated the story about him being Can's father and the tissue paper rolls.

Firat initially struggles to come to terms with this truth, but eventually, he returns to spend a night with his newfound family. Melisa leaves the next morning and takes the tissue paper rolls with her as Firat and Can are left coping with her death.
