'Family forever': Jennifer Aniston hints at another ‘Friends’ reunion
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The lyrics of the Rembrandt song, 'I'll be there for you like I've been there before' stands to be so appropriate for the 'Friends' cast as they never left the audience although it is almost going to be 20 years now that the last episode aired on NBC. In 1994, David Crane and Marta Kauffman gave the audience a set of new 'Friends,' the viewers never knew they needed. 'Friends' aired on TV for a decade from 1994 to 2004, however, although the series ended almost 20 years back, fans cannot get enough of them and choose to revisit Manhattan, New York City-based 'Friends' from time to time on streaming giants like Netflix.
Part of one of the most iconic sitcoms in the history of television was an ensemble cast starring Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. As we know, the sitcom's cast members returned for a reunion special aired on HBO Max on May 27, 2021, and there is a high possibility for part 2 as Aniston gave a ray of hope recently. 'Family forever'
Jennifer Aniston is best known for her role as Rachel Green on the hit sitcom 'Friends'. And the 'Murder Mystery' star admits that it's difficult for her to distance herself from her 1990s glory days. During her latest appearance on 'The Jonathan Ross Show,' Jen said that it was probably the cast’s last performance together.
When asked if they would reunite again, Aniston said, “I don’t think so. I think that was it, I think that was the swansong. But you do never know.” While this might be disheartening for fans, Jen did promise that she and her other five friends would be “family forever.” She said, “Everybody stays in touch. We’ll never shake each other. Family forever!” Jennifer Aniston also admitted she watches the show “once in a while” and added, “I’ll stand there and go, ‘Huh, I don’t remember that.'”
Jennifer Aniston and her mysterious ways
Although there is a 50-50 chance of part 2 of the 'Friends' reunion, Jennifer Aniston is going to be next seen in Jeremy Garelick's helmed action comedy mystery film, 'Murder Mystery 2' for Netflix. It is a sequel to the 2019 film 'Murder Mystery,' and stars Adam Sandler apart from Aniston.
'Murder Mystery 2' is scheduled to be released on March 31, 2023, by Netflix.
